RainSoft® Products are Tested and Certified* by Independent Labs for your Safety...
The Water Quality Association Gold Seal is awarded to water treatment equipment that passes testing under industry standards for performance, capacity, and longevity. Gold Seal-certified systems meet or exceed industry standards for contaminant reduction, product performance, structural integrity and materials safety. Tests are conducted at an independent laboratory established and supported by the Water Quality Association. Products are voluntarily submitted for testing by manufacturers.
The National Sanitation Foundation Mark: "NSF certification is the only assurance consumers have to know that water filtration products work" said Nancy Culotta, program manager for drinking water treatment units at NSF. "The NSF Mark on a water filter assures consumers that the filter has undergone numerous tests and meets the requirements for stringent health standards set by NSF and the American Standards Institute."
Since 1909, the Good Housekeeping Seal has been a highly recognized statement of the magazine's renowned Consumers' Policy. The Good Housekeeping Consumers' Policy, published in every issue of the magazine, states that if a product bearing the Seal proves to be defective within two years of purchase, Good Housekeeping will replace the product or refund the purchase price.
Underwriter Laboratories was founded in 1894 and has the undisputed reputation as the leader in U.S. product safety testing and certification. If a product carries this &ldquomark”, it means that Underwriter Laboratories found that samples of this product met UL’s strict safety requirements.
The Canadian Standards Association Mark is registered in Canada and other countries. When manufacturers display this on their products, they are telling consumers that their products meet the requirements of a standard for safety and/or performance. Only products that are tested and certified by the Canadian Standards Association are allowed to carry the CSA Mark. Each standard is reviewed at least every five years as part of a process of continual improvements. *Not all products carry all seals. |
