Service does not end with the sale of your premium water treatment system. Regular maintenance of your RainSoft investment is highly recommended. Your factory-trained technicians are there for you to provide reliable customer service. Convenience and time saved! We deliver salt or potassium chloride right to your home. Or use your coupon to have another soap package delivered to your home. Change out filters on your point-of-use drinking systems. Or re-bed your in-home carbon unit. For our existing customer base we offer the new “RainSoft Smart Money Upgrade Program”. Rapid advances in water treatment technology now make it possible for RainSoft systems to operate at a level previously unimaginable. For a limited time, if you upgrade to a new RainSoft conditioner/softener, we’ll take your old system and apply up to 40% of the purchase price of a new system toward your old one! 98% of all systems installed today are “demand initiated” rather than the old fashioned electro-mechanical timers. Older valves like yours were made out of brass. With our new composite valves you can look forward to the following additional benefits:
The “RainSoft Smart Money Upgrade” program offers you the strongest warranty in the industry, period. With a full 10-year warranty on electronics and a manufacturers lifetime warranty on the valve, resin, regenerant and resin tanks, you can count on your new RainSoft system lasting as long as you own it. If a complete upgrade isn’t feasible right now, don’t despair. We can upgrade the control valve assembly only. This option still lets you enjoy many of the benefits of the new technology. Our Service Department can help you decide which upgrade is right for you. Financing is available. Current customers can finance their purchases on their existing RainSoft accounts, up to the available credit limit.
